Dale Parducci is an in-person and online personal trainer and fitness coach based out of New York City.
Boasting a reputation as one of the area’s most passionate and intelligent fitness professionals, Dale is also savvy in utilizing social media and other digital platforms to reach clients outside of the Tri-State Area that includes New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Although he is most passionate about the opportunity to help others achieve their personal fitness goals, Dale is a regular at photo shoots for all manner of health and wellness publications and continues to compete in a wide range of fitness competitions as well.
Once you choose the training program that best fits your needs next submit your questionnaire, you will receive an email confirming that I have received your information including a full meal plan including total calories and all your macros counted for you. I will also customize your meal plan to include foods you like, and exclude foods you dislike. Meal plans also include personalized supplement recommendations. We will also be in direct contact at least once a week to make sure you are on the right track to hitting your goal.
Within 1-2 days you will receive your fully customized transformation program. I will personally guide you through this journey to make sure we hit the goals we set together!
There are 2 main objectives I’ve set myself out to achieve.
1. Help others improve their health and fitness by adopting a healthier lifestyle through my optimal nutrition and exercise coaching.
2. Serve as an example to show how no matter what your career or time constraints are, living a healthy and active lifestyle is always possible.
Many years of consistent hard work have allowed me to develop my body and mind into what they are today. My mission and purpose is to pass my knowledge onto you so that you can turn your lifestyle around and transform your body through my coaching.
One of the biggest advantages of online training is flexibility and affordability. Each program is tailored to your specific goals and needs. Although you will not physically be in the gym with your coach, you will start to see the results you want with consistency and focus!
Your plan will include; progressive training designed to get lean or build muscle, flexible diet plans to compliment how you like to eat. Weekly assessment and correction trainers to help maximize your results, and most importantly a direct line of access to my email for any questions you might have.
